Refund Policy

At Parva Nova, each piece is carefully handcrafted in limited quantities.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.

As our garments are handmade and produced in small runs, we are unable to accept returns on custom-made or personalised items, unless the item is faulty.

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
